How to disconnect USB from TV?
I got samsung LN46c610 from BB and connected external hard-drive.
By the fashion, I take no idea how to disconnect USB from TV.
But plug it out? Or should Tv set exist turned off before plugging it off?
In computer, we normally disconnect USB by using "safely remove" function.
How should I do it on TV?

Just unplug information technology? There is no write operation from your Television receiver to the USB disk.
The "safely remove" is to ensure all the outstanding IO cached in the buffer is sync to the deejay.

There is no such a office like that.
I read through all the notes on TV transmission but nothing about disconnecting.

Format it using FAT32. And so you tin safely pull it without worry. If it's NTFS, it could corrupt data.

There is no such a role similar that.
I read through all the notes on Goggle box manual but zilch about disconnecting.
Whatsoever idea??
Like gman said, just unplug it. No need to safely remove if there are no write ops.

I am just curious what sound you can get if you don't want to use the TV's speakers ?
Is 5.1 environment sound retained via optical output ??

Using ARC (Audio Return Channel) iirc. Audio is sent over the hdmi to the receiver. On samsung tvs information technology's hdmi two.

Holy cow! Learn something everyday.
Googled a little and the receiver has to practice ARC also.
That's a good part because it is indeed a PITA still having to use optical cable for my OTA Hard disk from my Boob tube.
It is actually good if the congenital-in video thespian can bitstream sound via HDMI.
